1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using LeadHub 365, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Accounts and administrative roles
You must provide accurate account information, use a strong password, and keep access credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Super Admins can manage platform users, limits, settings, and records available to their role. Admins generally access only their owned websites, leads, contacts, lists, templates, senders, and campaigns. Account owners are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions and promptly disabling access that is no longer required.
3. Acceptable use
You may use LeadHub 365 only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, threatening, or unsolicited messages;
- use purchased, scraped, or unlawfully obtained contact lists;
- misrepresent the sender, purpose, origin, or content of a message;
- remove or interfere with unsubscribe, suppression, authentication, rate-limit, or security controls;
- upload malware or attempt to access another user’s workspace, credentials, or information;
- probe, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform except where applicable law expressly permits; or
- use AI-assisted output without appropriate human review.
You are responsible for complying with marketing, privacy, consumer-protection, and electronic-communications requirements applicable to your contacts, locations, and campaigns.
4. Website connections, leads, and contact data
Each connected website should use its own endpoint and API key. You must protect these credentials, configure the correct website domain, and replace a key if it may have been disclosed. You may submit or import information only when you have the right and lawful basis to process it.
The WordPress connector transmits form data according to the configuration controlled by the website owner. You are responsible for your form content, privacy notice, consent language, field collection, destination contact list, and the accuracy of information sent to LeadHub 365.
5. Email campaigns and deliverability
You control campaign recipients, templates, senders, schedules, and sending limits. A message marked as sent means it was accepted by the configured delivery system; it does not guarantee inbox placement, delivery, opening, clicking, or a response.
You must maintain accurate sender details, honor unsubscribe requests, use suppression controls, and configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and any other authentication required by the sending provider. Open and click activity is approximate and may be affected by privacy features, caching, security scanners, or blocked images.
6. Third-party services and optional AI
LeadHub 365 may depend on WordPress, Contact Form 7, hosting providers, email-delivery services, databases, schedulers, and optional AI providers. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms. LeadHub 365 is not responsible for outages, policy changes, deliverability decisions, or processing controlled solely by a third party.
AI-generated classifications, summaries, recommendations, and reply drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. They are provided as assistance, not professional advice, and require review before use.
7. Ownership and permitted access
You retain responsibility for the information and content you submit. You grant the service the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that information for the features you configure. LeadHub 365 software, branding, interfaces, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Service changes, availability, and suspension
Features may be updated to improve security, reliability, compatibility, or functionality. Maintenance, provider failures, internet conditions, abuse prevention, or technical problems may temporarily affect availability. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or address a material violation of these terms.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that every submission, import, campaign, tracking event, integration, or AI output will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every legal or business requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadHub 365 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, loss of access, third-party systems, campaign performance, or unauthorized use of credentials. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the platform, providers, business arrangements, or legal requirements change. The revision date appears above. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
